HOW DOES THE HELPLINE WORK?
The caller dials the toll-free 800 number and enters the appropriate extension number. After a brief introduction the caller is assigned a case number and prompted to leave a message describing the event which he/she feels the company should know. The caller is then reminded to call back in three business days and input the case number in order to hear if the company has any questions for the caller or to hear the resolution.
All messages are transcribed verbatim and faxed to the designated person within the company. No one within your company hears your voice!
